• You are proficient with the use of Microsoft Office suite and Google suite of tools

Professional Skills Needed
• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and requests from members; help members access their membership
resources and benefits
• Gather, track, and maintain member data in order to keep GAN’s internal and external platforms and tools up-to-date
and accurate, including Hubspot (our CRM)
• Assist with the membership renewal process, including help with promotional email campaigns, sending invoices, and
receiving payment
• Facilitate member connections and introductions to others within the community
• Collaborate as needed with other GAN team members around the development and distribution of content and know
how for members
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process for members and their staff
• Support the onboarding process for GAN startup founders, including the accurate collection of all founder data
• Gather and track accelerator cohort program info, including application dates, cohort start/end dates, and demo day
dates
• Help set up, maintain and troubleshoot user accounts on Insight
• Track internal KPIs and metrics
