Responsibilities:

Build empathy and be an advocate in human-centered research and design
Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, usability tests, and design thinking workshops to gain insight
Work with clients to gather business requirements and meet stakeholder goals
Produce visual artifacts to inform product feature prioritization, including user flows, information architecture diagrams, and low-fidelity wireframes
Conduct content audits and plan site architecture
Produce pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs using consistent UI components
Create clickable prototypes with microinteractions to guide users
Leverage analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-makin
