Overview
Leading a team of account managers and project managers, the Director of Client Services will grow the business through a commitment to engage strategically with clients and projects, identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and escalations, and build and maintain love-love relationships with clients to create Irrational Loyalty. Long-term, this role will evolve to include taking on account managers and project managers as direct reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field
• 1-3 years’ experience in the role of an account executive, senior account executive, or client relationship manager in a marketing agency environment
• Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong, proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to think on one’s feet
• Strong knowledge of the industry with ongoing awareness of current trends, opportunities, and threats
• Proactive, reliable, and able to think and work independently and as part of a team to accomplish objectives
• Ability to think strategically and understand the “big picture” for clients and projects
