Key Role Information:
You will coordinate with other departments/leadership to ensure all aspects of each project are fulfilled and moving forward. ● You will plan, coordinate, and oversee operations on company projects making sure deadlines are being met and deliverables complete. ● Develop comprehensive project plans with input from leadership and Trend Directors that are both internal and external facing. ● You will ensure projects are on schedule, provide support from start to finish, and offer guidance along the way. ● Coordinate with internal resources and contractors when utilized for the flawless execution of project objectives. ● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. This, where applicable, includes being involved in client kickoff calls and check-ins. ● Ensure resource availability and allocation, as well as skillset match. ● Frequent check-ins’ with team members to ensure work is being completed on time and up to Ebco standards. ● Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule as necessary (Google Slides & Monday.com) ● Report to and escalate to lead/management as needed on any given program ● Lead weekly hot sheet meetings to gain a high level understanding of the week ahead and provide these updates to leadership. ● Lead 1:1 project management meetings with each of the trend directors where the ‘Weekly Snapshot’ is updated’ and provide guidance across their programs. ● Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and/or project-related vendors ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (this includes folder set up, organization, and digital filing of project related information) ● Perform other related duties as assigned (ie; managing timelines for and scheduling internal programs such as email content development, marketing materials, webinars, culture events etc.) ● Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and/or process maps to document needs when needed ● Serve as the bridge between executives and strategists ● Be "on-call" for supporting and solving work related issues and challenges near critical deadlines ● Have information on demand when requested - around deadlines, deliverables, resources, etc. ● Serve as a go-to person for teams to understand timelines and next steps ● Be the primary point of contact for everyone on the team to keep program deadlines moving smoothly ● Be high tough with leadership and project teams to make sure you always have the most up to date information ● Aid in consistent, structured meetings that include the entire team for status updates and other relevant information
