STAR Approach Interviewing

We recommend that you prepare for an interview by creating three STAR approach examples.   Rehearse these answers and practice with others.  We find that often an answer that we feel represents our professional success can be applied to a variety of interview questions.

For example, questions such as “Tell me about a time you had to problem-solve quickly”, ” Can you give me an example of how you work with a team?”,  and “What is your biggest strength?” are all questions that can be answered by the same prepared example of how you lead a team, with several members to a successful result by being a quick problem-solver.
