What Your Days Will be Like: The Paid Social Media Manager will develop, launch, and optimize high-performing paid social campaigns to drive new customer acquisition. Our ideal candidate is passionate about and has experience in analyzing/optimizing campaign performance, reporting, developing testing methodologies, rolling out new creative and copy, identifying new ways to scale, and driving down acquisition costs. 
Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Working On: Build and run campaigns through regular ad launches across Facebook and Instagram. Monitor ad performance daily, finding opportunities – targeting, creative, offer, landing page experience, etc. – to optimize performance. Build daily and weekly performance reports, ‘end of campaign’ reports, and ad-hoc reports on key initiatives and tests. Manage annual budget of $3+ million and work with finance on forecasting decisions based on performance trends. Evaluate the potential of other paid social platforms – e.g. Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube. Develop strong working relationships with social vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities. Support other emerging verticals/opportunities at Care including HomePay, Senior Care, and Tutoring. What You’ll Need to Succeed: 3-5+ years’ experience in paid social media with a focus on scaling Facebook / Instagram. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Knowledgeable in standard methodologies and emerging trends across social platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills – comfortable communicating strategy and results to the broader team. Experience with A/B and/or multivariate testing to drive an increase in social performance. Ability to successfully interact and influence at senior leader/executive levels. Good creative instincts and ability to write compelling headlines and copy that stand out and perform.
