• Develop and oversee the content roadmap & planning for WRK/360 on a monthly & quarterly basis.
• Partner with executive(s) to develop their voice and the voice of the organization.
• Writing long-form thought leadership pieces for internal/ external publication and demonstrates strong attention to detail, proofreading, and proper grammar.
• Schedule and manage content calendar, including social (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) email marketing, and campaigns to ensure the distribution of timely, appropriate campaign materials in partnership with the team’s virtual assistant.
• Ability to respond in real-time to culture and topics that are relevant to the business.
• Source and interview internal and external subject matter experts for external-facing content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, trend reports, podcast episodes, etc.
• When relevant, interface with third-party agencies and/or suppliers of web development, public relations, etc. to ensure alignment with WRK/360’s content strategy.
• Research and implement SEO optimization strategies to boost web traffic.
