Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
This role acts as the “right hand” to the Principal and relieves the Principal of day-to-day managerial duties and daily functions.
Consulting with Principal to determine business goals or initiatives, ensuring internal and external commitments are met and delivered on time and to company standards, and reviewing operational data to make inferences about their organization’s success.
Responsible administrative duties, developing and implementing systems for the business that aim to increase efficiencies and profitability, overseeing financial reporting, records management, client services, and daily administrative tasks as assigned, including business growth projections.
