If so, as a Salesforce consultant at ShellBlack, you will provide hands-on strategy, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients. We are looking for solution-minded self-starters who also know when to tap into the expertise of other team members. How will you spend your day?

• Creating quality client experiences through timely, well-planned, smoothly executed projects that drive value for clients
• Leading discovery calls with clients, capturing project requirements, and architecting solutions
• Maintaining proactive, ongoing communication with clients to review project timelines, scope, and budgets
• Leading or assisting in the development of high-level project estimations and release plans
• Promoting the ShellBlack culture of teamwork, respect, collaboration, knowledge sharing, accountability, and mutual interest in client success.

What do we look for in a consultant?

• Real-world experience with Salesforce
• Salesforce certified
• Prior consulting experience
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• College degree preferred
• Financial services industry knowledge preferred
• Financial Services Cloud experience preferred
